expressing your interest in getting started. We will then contact you either by phone or return email to set up a time for you to talk briefly with your preferred provider as sort of a mini orientation visit free of charge. If both parties agree, then we will send you via email or fax a few simple but important forms for you to fill out and return ASAP. Once we have your paper work package, we will then contact you to set up a specific time for your first consultation. If installation or testing of video conference connectivity is necessary, we will complete this in advance so as to assure good quality connectivity for our first and subsequent consultations. You will be billed for services rendered at the completion of each consultation. You will receive a e-statement from Tele Behavioral Medicine Associates which will be sent directly to your email. Payment in full is expected at the time of service. We will provide necessary information on your e-statement in the event you chose to submit these fees to your private health insurance for reimbursement. Follow up consultations will be scheduled at the conclusion of your visit between your provider and yourself. |

Tele-Behavioral Medicine Associates is a growing network of Behavioral Health Specialists including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors and other health care professionals.
Current regulations require the Tele-Medicine Provider to be licensed in his or her specialty in the state where the patient resides. As a result, Tele-Behavioral Medicine Associates only offer their services to patients where we currently have a licensed provider on our staff.

Keeping track of the various time zones can get tricky. We typically start seeing clients at 8:00 am Alaska time and continue with our last client at 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please visit http://www.worldtimezone.com for up to date time zone information. Special arrangements can be made to accommodate.
Certain paperwork, for example: demographic information, current medications and supplements, financial policy, HIPPAA COMPLIANCE INFORMATION AND INFORMED CONSENT will be emailed to you in advance and our appointment time will be confirmed when we receive those data by return email. Typically appointments can be secured within one week’s time, or sooner.
