What is Behavioral Medicine? PDF Print E-mail
Behavioral Medicine is the clinical treatment of personal/family/emotional/behavioral problems NORMAL people face (life and health circumstances).  An emphasis on cognitive restructuring, or simply, re-training your brain in order to think more objectively so as to recognize and acknowledge reality for what it is.

Instead of the traditional “re-hashing” of historical events over an indeterminate number of sessions, the patient actively works with our providers to learn and achieve Emotional/Behavioral re-education. Treatment typically consists of less than 20 counseling sessions, 30 to 60 minutes each!
